Goalie Training Expert
Elsie's Elite Goalie Training, located in Lexington, Kentucky. All sessions are held at Shillito Park. Elsie will contact with you on what field to meet at.
We train all ages including college aged athletes.
Elsie's Elite focuses our training on all aspects of the goalie position including; clearing, stance, spacing, saves, strength, hand-eye, knowledge of game, footwork, endurance, and confidence in goal.
We guarantee each player will see a difference in their skills after practicing with Elsie's Elite.

Elsie Kopczynski
Owner, Goalie Coach
Elsie played goalie for 6 out of 10 years of being a women's lacrosse athlete. She played for Asbury University's Women's Lacrosse team for their last two years as a collegiate program. During her second season she held the title of Captain. Over the last 8 years Elsie has coached both field and goalie specific. Elsie has coached for Illinois Girl's Lacrosse Association (Lakeshore Lacrosse), Big Blue Lacrosse Club, and Great Crossings High School. Lacrosse has been on of her biggest passions for many years and greatest hope is to inspire the same love of the game in other girls.
